Kremlin Rexson and Sames have merged and will in future do business throughout the world under the name Sames Kremlin. The company, which is part of the Exel Group, aims to standardise its global presence and increase its influence in its target markets. The CEO of Sames Kremlin, Cedric Perres, will be responsible for the strategic direction and development of the organisation worldwide. Managing director Jens Kollosche will continue to take responsibility for the German-speaking market.
