Effective September 4, 2018, the Supervisory Board of Axalta Coating Systems has appointed Terrence Hahn as Chief Executive Officer (CEO). He succeeds Charlie Shaver, who has been Axalta's Chairman and CEO since 2013. In addition, Terrence Hahn becomes a member of the Supervisory Board, expanding it from eight to nine members. Until recently, Hahn was President and CEO of Home and Building Technologies at Honeywell International Inc. hahn: "I also look forward to the enormous opportunity to drive organic growth through innovative and value-adding products and services, thereby deepening business relationships with existing customers and gaining new ones. Inorganic growth through strategic acquisitions continues to be the focus of attention."
