With the Digiline, Pfeiffer Vacuum has been offering a complete range of digital vacuum total pressure measurement devices for more than 20 years, which can be modularly adapted to any industrial vacuum application. These transmitters enable easy-to-install and reliable measurement of total pressure. Many vacuum applications operate only within a specific pressure range. The Digiline determines and controls the total pressure in a vacuum system. Thanks to its digital signal output, it offers high accuracy and secure data transfer. The M12 connectors qualify it for use in harsh environments. Together with other products of the manufacturer, the transmitters can be operated in a communication network. All transmitters have an RS 485 interface. Up to now, Profibus-DP, DeviceNet or an additional analog output with two switching points and an LCD display were available as options. From now on, the series is also available with the Industrial Ethernet interfaces Profinet and EtherCAT. Furthermore, the Digiline now also includes the capacitive transmitter types CCT, which were previously only sold with analog output. These gas type-independent and high-precision measuring devices are used, among other things, in the precise process control of coating processes. Their proven ceramic technology impresses with chemical resistance and very low zero point deviation. The CCT are available in both a temperature compensated and a 45 °C heated version. All transmitters are manufactured in Europe, which ensures fast availability and simplified handling.
