Heinz-Jürgen Droldner, the long-standing sales manager for the Central Europe Trade division of the coatings manufacturer Hesse from Hamm in North Rhine-Westphalia (Germany), will retire in September 2024. Droldner has been with the company for almost 50 years. Under his leadership, this division was expanded and is now an important pillar in the company’s sales structure.

His successor is Melanie Königshoven. She has held responsible sales positions at Hesse for many years, most recently as Area Sales Manager in Europe. Königshoven brings her sales expertise to her new position. The company wants to create new incentives for the trade and intensify cooperation with trade and craft customers. Under the direction of the new sales manager, the retail business is to be further consolidated and expanded internationally in the coming years.
