Gema Switzerland GmbH announces the official handover of the keys to its new company headquarters. The new building in Gossau Sommerau (Switzerland) will mark a milestone in the company's development. The move from the previous location in St. Gallen Winkeln to Gossau will begin in July.

The new company headquarters is intended to signal a clear commitment to forward-looking technologies and sustainable business practices. Its architectural design represents the company's values - innovation, transparency, and sustainability. Large, light-flooded office spaces create an open and collaborative working atmosphere designed to promote the creativity and productivity of the teams. Built to the latest standards, the building has over 20,000 m2 of floor space and, according to Gema, not only offers a pleasant working environment for employees, but also good conditions for the further development of the company's own products and technologies.

Spacious production areas and a modern high-bay warehouse make it possible to further improve production processes and product quality. The modern test and customer application laboratory offers around 60% more space and is equipped with four coating lines. This allows coating tests for international customers to be carried out even more efficiently and practically. In addition, special emphasis was placed on environmentally friendly technologies such as a PV system and a brine/water heat pump system for heating the entire building to reduce the company's ecological footprint.

"This day not only marks the completion of a building, but symbolizes the commitment, dedication and cohesion that has made Gema what it is today," said Claudio Merengo, Gema Group President, underlining the importance of the new building for the company at the official handover of the keys. "The new building is not only a physical expression of growth, but also a promise to our customers and partners: We remain committed to setting the highest standards in innovation, quality and sustainability."
