Michael Cash, Senior Vice President and President of Axalta's Industrial Coatings division, will leave the company at his own request effective May 31, 2019 to take on new responsibilities outside the coatings industry. His successors are Rajeev Rao and David Heflin. Rajeev Rao is currently Vice President for Global Powder and Business Development/Strategy, Industrial Coatings at Axalta. David Heflin is Vice President for Global Industrial Coating Systems. Rajeev Rao will continue to lead Axalta's Global Powder division, while David Heflin will assume the role of Vice President for Global Industrial Liquid Coatings. He will be responsible for Industrial Coatings, Coil Coatings, Wood Coatings and Energy Solutions. Rajeev Rao and David Heflin will jointly lead the Industrial Coatings division and report directly to Chief Executive Officer Robert Bryant.
