Krahn Chemie Benelux, distributor of specialty chemicals, is launching a new collaboration with Mitsubishi Chemical Europe (MCE) to expand its portfolio. Under the agreement, Krahn Chemie Benelux will distribute a range of high quality products from MCE, including products such as Benebiol, a biomass-based polycarbonate diol that provides excellent stain and chemical resistance and a soft feel in the end product. The agreement also includes BioPTMG, a polyol produced from bio-based raw materials. Both products are used for various high-quality polyurethane applications such as adhesives, coatings, TPUs, sealants, elastomers and fibers. Typical areas of application include artificial leather, consumer goods/electronics, automotive, clothing, high-quality fashion, functional textiles and industry.

The new distribution agreement represents an expansion of the existing cooperation for both companies and will enable them to better support customers in Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg with innovative solutions for various industries.
