With the renaming of its subsidiary Petrico Limited to Krahn UK Limited, Krahn Chemie, a chemical distribution company based in Germany, is taking another step towards a unified brand identity in Europe. Petrico Limited, a distributor of petroleum and chemical products specializing in the lubricants and additives industry, was acquired in 2021 as part of the company's growth strategy. The rebranding is effective May 1, 2022 and has no impact on customers, contractors or existing relationships.
