With the Jetlaser M-100, the 4JetGroup introduces a compact, manually operated and economical laser cleaning system that offers a high degree of application versatility. In addition to de-oiling, de-painting and de-rusting, the device also enables the cleaning of tools and molds, as well as facades or wooden surfaces. Areas of application include industrial cleaning, tool maintenance, the preparation of non-destructive testing, the restoration of vehicles or monuments, and the preparation and post-processing of joining processes such as welding. Compared to classic cleaning methods such as blasting, pickling or grinding, the process works dry, quietly, dust-free and without the use of chemicals. The compact design and low overall weight, simple connection to the 220 V network, intuitive operation via a touch PC and the variety of cleaning programs are good prerequisites for use by industrial service providers. The mobile trolley can be transported in a car. According to the supplier, the laser systems are on a par with professional blasting or dry ice systems in terms of purchase price, but are largely maintenance-free and, apart from low power consumption, do not require any operating materials at all. The high energy efficiency and the low CO₂ footprint qualify the system in principle for funding projects in which energy-intensive conventional processes are being replaced. 4Jet also offers manual laser systems with higher area power as well as fully automatic laser systems for stationary use.
