With the MFT600, GP Anlagenbau has launched a standardised vacuum vacuum blasting system for the processing of very small and small series. While the emission of dust and material removal is unavoidable with most known surface treatment processes, the MFT600 works completely clean due to the negative pressure. The application spectrum of the system ranges from roughening, tempering, deburring, matting, engraving, activating, smoothing to coating surfaces with adhesion promoters. With ten lance entrances and a large viewing window, flexible processing of the workpieces is possible. Due to the compact design and the assembly of all components on a mobile platform, the system can be used mobile in closed rooms and can be positioned to save space.
