Voltatex 1250V Fast from Axalta is a new C5 electric steel coating designed for use in rotating and static machines of all sizes. It shows very good weldability even with higher paint film thicknesses and thus enables high productivity and perfect weld seams with all types of electrical sheet. Due to the improved surface quality, coated materials can be easily processed, resulting in high throughput in the cutting and punching process. Compared to conventional C5 electrical steel coatings, Voltatex 1250V requires almost less heat to cure and therefore less energy to form a fully cured film.
