In order to meet increasingly higher particulate cleanliness requirements, process-reliable deburring is a must. With EcoCvelox, Ecoclean presents a completely new modular system concept with integrated linear transport system for cost-efficient high-pressure water steel deburring and component cleaning. The process-dependent configurable and expandable system allows parts up to 200 × 200 × 200 mm to be processed in cycle times of just 15 seconds per pallet. A CAD/CAM interface is integrated for fast and easy programming of the high-pressure deburring - either with a single spindle or a high-pressure turret with up to five tools. Together with the highly dynamic part handling system, it ensures that process sequences for new workpieces can be implemented in the shortest possible time. Component cleaning and drying can be carried out by injection flood washing, spraying, targeted rinsing and ultrasound as well as high-speed blow-off and vacuum drying.
