The Israeli branch of Bodo Möller Chemie has successfully passed the certification according to the ISO:9001 standard with the AS9120 extension for the aerospace industry. The quality management meets strict international requirements for the processes in the company and is applicable to consulting, marketing and sales of chemicals and non-metals for the aerospace, automotive, medical applications and electrical industries. For the international speciality chemicals company with its head office in Offenbach, Hesse, the certification is another important step in an expanding market. Its long-standing industrial partners include manufacturers such as BASF, Huntsman, Henkel, Dow, Du Pont, Songwon and Michelman. Both growth industries such as e-mobility and innovation industries such as aerospace or defence technology benefit from this and can access a great deal of know-how. "In hardly any other industry is the paradigm shift as intense as in chemistry. Whereas the distributor used to supply almost exclusively, today it is a vital part of the development chain on the way to series production," describes Frank Haug, Managing Director of the Bodo Möller Chemie Group.
