Groupe PSA has announced that the Dürr Group is one of the major suppliers in its global network. Core supplier status was conferred on Dürr during a management meeting between the two companies at Dürr’s headquarters in Bietigheim-Bissingen. Groupe PSA has been one of Dürr’s most important customers for more than 20 years with its Peugeot, Citroën and DS Automobiles brands and its newly acquired subsidiaries Opel in Germany and Vauxhall in the UK. During the meeting in Bietigheim, the two companies discussed PSA and Dürr’s current projects, including the new final assembly facility at Sevel Nord in France and the new paint shop in Kenitra, Morocco. PSA highlighted the variety of services and skills offered by Dürr and the positive cooperation on the ongoing projects. PSA also values Dürr’s innovative approach, which results in constant improvements to its products and processes, and the company’s sound financial position.
