Michael Lee has been named President of SRG Global, a Guardian Industries company. SRG Global is globally operating manufacturer of high value coatings on plastic for the automotive and commercial truck industries. In his role, Mike will direct the company’s global business to advance the vision and culture and drive the strategy for long-term sustainable growth. Mike takes over for Merritt Gaunt, who has been promoted to Executive Vice President, Guardian Industries, and retains overall responsibility for SRG Global. Mike was most recently Vice President, Commercial Excellence overseeing global sales, program management, marketing, and business development to make SRG Global a preferred partner for delivering commercial excellence. Mike has over 20 years of financial planning, management, contract negotiation, and sales experience. Before joining SRG Global, Mike was Vice President of Global Strategy and Business Planning at Metalsa Structural Products, where he was accountable for developing and deploying business strategies, business operations, risk management, M&A, and business model innovation.
