The powder coating manufacturer Kabe has developed a highly weather-resistant powder coating with NIR-reflecting properties for a vehicle of the Swiss Army, based on a proven powder coating system, which is ready for production within only six months. The coating makes the vehicle practically disappear in the dark for the eyes of the opponent. It is used to powder-coat small steel parts and flat aluminum parts. In the special colour for the Swiss Army, it offers the required light and weather resistance, optimum flow and very good covering properties. The colour match between wet and powder coating is ideal and the powder coating system, consisting of a primer and top coat, can be applied without any problems.
