The highly weather-resistant powder coating IGP-HWFclassic 591T from IGP offers very good workability and enables deep matt surfaces. Now the formulation of the paint has been refined once again and the paint properties have been significantly optimised. The improved film flexibility and improved adhesion allow safe use on a wide range of chrome-free pretreatments. The surfaces have a high degree of robustness and better resistance to scratches, allowing notched objects to slide easily over the surface. Due to the optimized structural stability, uniform results are achieved around the edges. This also applies to varying layer thicknesses. In addition, the powder coating also shows very good adhesion for sealing compounds. The coating has been developed for components that place greater demands on abrasive stress, such as handrails, seats, shelves, trays, door frames, gates and parapets. The powder coating can be used on aluminium as well as on steel and galvanised steel. In addition, safe processing after coating, such as cutting, milling, drilling and shaping with radii of up to 8 mm, is possible. The optimised paint is called IGP-HWFclassic 591T parkour.
